Peter Raab moved from York County to Springfield Ohio, he helped to build the original Church on this spot. The Deed for his land was 1802 inSpringfield,  three miles north of the Church. His house was in the town of New Middletown, it was replaced many years ago and the house now has a Historical marker for a Civil War Era House.

There are many other names here that came from York County,
Young (Jung) Miller, Houk, Ilgenfriz, Becker, and Nailar (Nalor)  Musser (Moser)
It says this on many of their gravestones.

Walter is from New Castle Pennsylvania
We are still not sure of all the early dates, alot more research has to be done on this.
Philip Raub, Hans George Raub and Michael Raub immigrated to America on the Ship Loyal Judith in 1732 to Phildelphia.  They settled in what became Williams TWP Northhampton County Pennsylvania.  One of these Raub's are most likley the father of Peter Raab/Raub Sr.
